CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits due at time of booking & are NON-REFUNDABLE, if appointment is rescheduled within the 48 hour window it will transfer to your next appointment, ONCE— if rescheduled more than once a new deposit is required. Please cancel/reschedule 48 hours PRIOR to your appointment, per policy. If appointment is canceled or no showed after that 48 hour window, a late cancellation a fee of 100% (FULL PRICE) of service will be applied. No exceptions. No extra guests, please.
